We want you to be happy with your bass and accessory purchases. In the event that you're not satisfied, please have a discussion with the owner.  In most cases, the difficulty can be corrected.

Purchased basses‎ are non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Stand Up Guy Basses.  A minimum 10% restocking fee applies if an instrument is returned.  The restocking fee is 20% for accessories.
